Proposal of 10T per day gum rosin processing machine

Colophony is the constituent of the pine resin with various industrial applications. Our machine is engaged to the separation of the resin into turpentine and common colophony, which apply the distillation method. The turpentine is carried off at a temperature of between 100° and 160°C , leaving fluid colophony, which is run off through a tap at the bottom of the still, and purified by passing through straining wadding, and finally, condense into solid colophony. The commercial grades of colophony are numerous, ranging by letters from A, the darkest, to N, extra pale, our machinery is certain to produce the A grade colophony.
